Banned Clothes replaces damaged, misprinted or incorrect orders for free. Because every tee is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for sizing or preference changes.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email support@bannedclothes.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund, no need to ship anything back.
We review each request individually and respond within one business day with next steps.
Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes. Please check the size guide on every product page before ordering.
